A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE COMPANY.

 

Diverseco Business Concepts was established and started its operations in 2014, working on minor projects in and around its area of reach, being Durban and immediate surroundings.

Projects included registration of companies, filing of annual returns, drafting of business plans and other business related services. Diverseco has also been involved in other projects outside where it was providing consultancy and business advisory services.

 

Due to a desire to expand and due to the director realising that the company had room to grow, it was decided to formally register the company with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) in 2016. The intention was also to gain traction into other industries as an accredited service provider.

 

The company has been registered since 2016 and is compliant in all legal aspects of registration with all relevant bodies including the South African Revenue Services
